About the Club

Please read the following rules to ensure that your time at the club is safe, enjoyable and entertaining.

1. The nightclub is open 3 days a week. Thu from 23:00 to 03:30 and Fri–Sat from 23:00 to 05:00 Club management reserves the right to change the opening hours.

2. Admission to the club is permitted to persons aged 21 and over who hold a valid Club Card or admission ticket. Club staff have the right to verify the validity of the Club Card or ticket and the age of the guest. Guests must present a valid form of identification (ID card, passport or driving licence) upon request. Club Cards may not be transferred to another person, copied or altered. The Club Card remains the property of the Club and must be returned upon request. Guests must be appropriately dressed for a nightclub environment. Sportswear and sports shoes are not permitted. Admission tickets become invalid once the guest leaves the Club.

3. Video surveillance is in operation throughout the nightclub. Personal belongings may be inspected upon entry. Guests who refuse the security check will not be admitted.

4. The Club reserves the right of admission.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO

1. Enter the Club with weapons or any objects that may pose a risk to the life or health of guests or employees, including ammunition, explosives, flammable or toxic substances, or radioactive materials. The Club does not provide storage for weapons.

2. Bring alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or any other intoxicating substances into the Club. The possession, use or sale of narcotic or psychotropic substances on Club premises is prohibited.

3. Bring animals onto the Club premises.

4. Enter the Club wearing outerwear.

5. Take photographs or make video recordings without special permission.

6. Smoking is prohibited in the nightclub except in designated smoking areas.

GENERAL RULES

1. Club staff have the right to refuse service to anyone under the minimum age requirement, anyone who is excessively intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances, or anyone whose clothing does not comply with the Club’s dress code.

2. Any guest who damages or destroys Club property is required to compensate the Club for the full amount of the damage caused.

3. Guests who violate the Club Rules may be asked to leave the premises. Club staff may also terminate the guest’s membership and invalidate their Club Card. Any such justified instruction issued by Club staff must be followed.

4. Guests may submit complaints or concerns to the responsible Club staff member, whose decision on the matter will be final and binding. Decisions are made in accordance with these Club Rules and with the safety of Club guests as the primary consideration. The Club therefore reserves the right to deny future admission to guests who fail to comply with the Club Rules.

5. The Club accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

6. The Club accepts no responsibility for items left in the pockets of outerwear deposited in the cloakroom or for other belongings left in the cloakroom. A €7 fee will be charged for a lost cloakroom ticket. Items left behind or lost at the Club can be collected on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 by prior arrangement or during the Club’s opening hours. Lost and found items are kept for 3 months.

7. Venus Club reserves the right to amend or supplement these rules at any time. These Club Rules were approved by the Management Board of Venusclub OÜ on 14 August 2014.

Your reservation is only valid if payment is made immediately using one of the available payment methods. Payments can be made via Swedbank, SEB, LHV or PayPal.
The full price of any product or service purchased through the Venus Club reservation system must be paid at the time of booking. By making the payment, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted all terms, conditions and rules made available by the service provider on the website.
All prices are in euros and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

Packages must be booked at least one day in advance, no later than 17:00 on the previous day. To modify your reservation, please email venus@venusclub.ee. Information about cancelling your reservation can be found HERE!

Reserved tables and free entrance are valid until 00:30. The minimum age for entry to Venus Club is 21.
Please present a valid ID upon entering the Club. Tickets will be available at the ticket desk under the name of the person who made the reservation. Information about your package is available at the bar, after which our staff will show you to your table

Personal data provided when placing an order or making a purchase through the online reservation system is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Venus Club will not disclose customers’ personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent.
