General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Venusclub OÜ (hereinafter “Venus Club”) and the customer in connection with the purchase of services, table and VIP reservations, tickets, and other services offered through the website.
By using the website and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Venus Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and its prices. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the website and will not affect orders confirmed before the changes came into effect.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.
If an order has been confirmed before a price change takes effect, the price applicable at the time the order was placed will apply.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through the Venus Club website.
When placing an order, the customer is required to provide accurate and complete information.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received or, where applicable, another payment method has been agreed upon.
Venus Club will send an order or reservation confirmation to the customer’s email address.
Payment
Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website.
Payments are processed through a secure payment solution.
Venus Club does not store customers’ payment card details.
Reservations
Table and VIP reservations become valid once confirmed by Venus Club.
Venus Club reserves the right to refuse to confirm a reservation for a valid reason, including where:
- the requested date or time is no longer available;
- the information provided is incorrect;
- the customer does not meet the applicable age or entry requirements.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel a reservation in accordance with the terms applicable to the specific event or service.
If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances attributable to Venus Club, the customer will, where possible, be offered:
- an alternative date;
- a gift card;
- a refund of the purchase price.
If the customer is unable to attend an event or use a reservation for reasons attributable to the customer, a refund will only be provided where expressly stipulated in the terms applicable to the relevant service.
Age Restrictions
Entry to Venus Club is subject to the applicable age restrictions. The minimum age for entry to Venus Club is 21.
The Club reserves the right to request a valid form of identification.
If false or inaccurate information is provided, Venus Club may refuse to provide the service without issuing a refund.
Right of Admission
Venus Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a guest from the premises if:
- the guest violates the Club Rules;
- the guest behaves aggressively or disturbs other guests;
- the guest is visibly under the excessive influence of alcohol or drugs;
- the guest fails to follow the instructions of security personnel or Club staff.
In such cases, any amounts paid will not be refunded.
Liability
Venus Club is liable for the provision of its services to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Customers are liable for any damage they cause to Venus Club property, employees or other guests.
Venus Club is not liable for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except where liability is required by law.
Force Majeure
Venus Club will not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including:
- power outages;
- natural disasters;
- restrictions imposed by public authorities;
- epidemics;
- other unforeseen circumstances.
Processing of Personal Data
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Venus Club Privacy Policy.
Personal data is used solely for processing orders and reservations, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Complaints
Complaints regarding services purchased through the website should be submitted by email to:
venus@venusclub.ee
Venus Club will respond to complaints within a reasonable period, but no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint, unless otherwise provided by law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the customer has the right to refer the matter to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or Harju County Court.
